The Role

• Interview prospective learners to identify suitability for the qualification.

• Deliver L5 CIPD qualification in college and remotely.

• Manage the internal learning portal with resources and any appropriate information and guidance.

• Plan teaching learning and assessment to meet CIPD requirements.

• Complete all marking of assignment work and feedback to learners.

• Conduct moderation meetings with CIPD and upload sampling plans on moderation windows.

Main Duties for this role include

• To deliver high quality teaching sessions to learners who are studying to achieve their L5 CIPD qualifications, using an appropriate range of methods to facilitate and support learning and achievement.

• To identify individual training needs and to organise training to achieve planned outcomes within defined timescales in line with College processes and procedures.

• To motivate and inspire employees to raise aspirations, promote effort, maintain momentum and encourage progression to higher levels.

• To make good use of Information and Communications Technology, including e-learning and e-assessment.
