• Location: Winchester
• Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
• Salary: £25,600

1to1 Group is looking for a part-time Lettings Negotiator to join our client, a well-established company in Sutton Scotney with a warm and dynamic working environment.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for handling enquiries, arranging viewings, inspections, and appraisals, and guiding the lettings process from start to finish. You'll draft tenancy agreements, process references, and manage compliance, whilst building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Once settled into the role, you'll also support the lettings accounts team with invoicing, rent increases, new tenancies, and tax information. Plus, you'll help keep on top of rent payments, working with tenants and landlords to find solutions if any issues arise.

You will need:

• Experience working in residential lettings with industry knowledge.
• ARLA qualified or keen to qualify (full support provided).
• Experience working with lettings software and lettings accounts.
• Strong administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
