Salary: in the region of £22,000-£24,000 pa (pro-rata) basic salary depending on experience.

We are seeking a friendly and professional full-time Lettings Consultant to join our Leeds based team. The successful candidate will be a team-player, have strong organisational skills, good attention to detail, be flexible and can prioritise their own workload.

Duties

• Diary management and booking appointments
• Preparing property details and marketing material
• Placing adverts on portals, updating the website and databases
• Writing and sending letters, emails and general correspondence
• Liaising with clients, contractors and vendors.
• Ability to communicate effective and display strong organisational skills
