Responsibilities:

Support the Senior Finance Manager to prepare, and critically review, the groups monthly results
Managing the month end close process, ensuring the ledgers are all closed to strict deadlines
Prepare and present monthly reporting and interpretations of divisional financial performance by activity and/or area
Speak to site leads to challenge financial performance and coach financial awareness
Prepare accurate monthly financial reports to guide strategic decision-making.
Maintaining the management reporting system to ensure integrity and accuracy
Perform cost analysis and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
Work closely with the accounting and finance team to ensure financial compliance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key site leads in the business.
Drive process improvements within the finance department.
Provide financial expertise and advice to senior management.

The successful Applicant:

AAT, Studying, Part Qualified, Qualified (Study support will be offered)
Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
