We are seeking a bookkeeper to join our well-established company in the Warrington area. This part-time permanent position offers flexibility with the option to work over 3 or 4 days per week. The role is ideal for someone with strong experience in financial record-keeping and proficiency in Sage 50.
Duties
Managing financial records using Sage 50
Handling the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger effectively.
Conducting costing to track and allocate project expenses.
Processing bank payments and managing cash flow.
Preparing PAYE journals and managing payroll transactions.
Completing VAT submissions in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
Proficiency in Sage 50 including CIS
Strong understanding of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and general bookkeeping.
Experience with project costing and financial reporting.
Knowledge of PAYE and VAT processes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
