Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Administrator - Hybrid

Location: Stowmarket 
Type: Permanent/Part-time (30 hours over 4 days, including Mondays) Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of processing multiple end-to-end payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Administer flexible benefits and company pensions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, addressing complex pay and benefit queries.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company policies when processing payroll.

About You:

  • Previous experience in payroll is essential.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong data accuracy and numeracy skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with a commitment to maintaining payroll-related skills and competencies.
  • Stay updated on changes to employment and payroll legislation through continuous personal development.
