Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Administrator - Hybrid
Location: Stowmarket Type: Permanent/Part-time (30 hours over 4 days, including Mondays) Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of processing multiple end-to-end payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Administer flexible benefits and company pensions.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, addressing complex pay and benefit queries.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company policies when processing payroll.
About You:
Previous experience in payroll is essential.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong data accuracy and numeracy skills.
Self-motivated team player with a commitment to maintaining payroll-related skills and competencies.
Stay updated on changes to employment and payroll legislation through continuous personal development.
