Part Time Accounts Administrator

Hassocks, West Sussex

Part Time - circa 21 hours per week

Circa £25,000-£26,000 FTE

Our client, a well established business are seeking a part time Finance Assitant to join their friendly and dynamic team. This person will have involvement in the day to day operations within the finance team.

Responsibilities


• Categorising and assisting with the processing of the accounts inbox and urgent queries
• Processing weekly expenses, assisting with the fortnightly payment run and reconciling
statements on a regular basis
• Assisting with posting invoices in Web Expenses
• Liaison within the company for approvals and suppliers for payments
• Day to day admin tasks/ post, on hire, off hire equipment
• Assist with the daily operations of the finance team

About You:
• Proactive and show initiative
• Be able to work dynamically across multiple responsibilities whilst also showing meticulous
attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administration skills, Outlook and Microsoft packages are essential, e.g. Word, Excel
• Knowledge of Xero and Web Expenses would be an advantage, but full training will be
given.
• While not essential, knowledge of the drainage sector or similar industry would be
advantageous.
