Personal Assistant to Director
Various administrative duties for the team
Answer and direct phone calls
Reply to email and telephone enquiries
Maintain customer contact lists and files
Order office supplies
Chase outstanding invoices
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience as an administrator
Attention to detail and able to multi-task
Flexible approach to work
Comfortable working autonomously
MS Office experience
SALARY & BENEFITS:
£22,500 with opportunities for growth
