Our client is a successful business that are currently going through huge growth. They are based in Romsey and do require travel to their offices but offer a hybrid model of working.
Description
As the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time.
Maintain financial records, ledgers, and databases.
Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies.
Support month-end and year-end.
Monitor accounts receivable, following up on outstanding invoices.
Prepare and issue invoices as needed.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Profile
To be successful for the Finance Assistant position you must have done some or all of the above.
