Summary
We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to keep Brimham Rocks in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place.
This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll work 795 hours per year, and on average, you'll work 10 hours per week from November - February and 15 or 20 hours per week from March - October but again, this will be flexible depending on operational demand. Your regular working days will include every Sunday and Monday.

What it's like to work hereReporting to the Lead Facilities Co-ordinator and Property Operations Manager, you'll work alongside another part time Facilities Co-ordinators. Brimham Rocks is part of a portfolio with Fountains Abbey & Studley Royal, sharing a General Manager.
There is a small core staff team which increases to 25, and over 40 volunteers that help with a variety of tasks including countryside conservation work and bookshop volunteering. Brimham Rocks is a popular tourist destination, welcoming over 200,000 visitors per year, mainly in spring and summer.
We provide a fantastic visitor experience and ensuring nature thrives, together with a love of the great outdoors at this busy countryside property. There will be training and development opportunities within the regional facilities network.

What you'll be doingAs the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that the property operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning (including toilets) and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
