• Proven experience as a Special Needs Teacher, specifically with a focus on autism.
• A recognised teaching qualification and a clear DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
• A strong desire to go above and beyond to support children with special needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
