• Proven experience as an SEMH/Behaviour Teacher or in a similar role dealing with SEN.
• A strong desire to go above and beyond for children with special educational needs.
• Must possess a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
• A resilient and confident approach, with the ability to handle challenges effectively.
