Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage invoices, including matching purchase orders and delivery notes
Handle accounts payable and assist with monthly/yearly financial reports
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
Oversee end-to-end payroll, VAT returns, and CIS returns
Maintain accurate financial records and liaise with suppliers, customers, and team members
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven accounting experience, ideally in a small business or construction setting
Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Experience in payroll processing and VAT returns
