Job description

Working alongside a Passenger Assistant, you will be responsible for collecting and taking SEND Children & Adults to and from day care centres & Schools.

Your role will be to transport passengers safely within a company supplied minibus, working alongside a Passenger Assistant to and from Schools & Day Care Centres within the Medway area.

Shift Patterns:

• Working Monday-Friday.
• The hours are worked on a split shift, driving passengers to & from Schools & education centres.

• You will be given all the relevant safety training before operating functions on the minibus such as disabled access on the back of the vehicles
• You will be given one route to complete and be familiar with.

What we need from you:

• Some experience in caring for children or adults is desirable but not essential
• Minibus Drivers must had a D1 licence (we accept grandfather rights - check the back of your licence, you could have a D1 without knowing!)
• We need a friendly and dependable face for company.
• All candidates must undergo a DBS check before starting this position
• This is a customer facing role, so presentation and a good attitude are essential!
