FP&A Systems Manager OneStream - Coventry, 1 yr Fixed Term salaried role - Salary circa £95,000 p.a negotiable for the right experience

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Systems Manager with expertise in OneStream to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing development of the OneStream platform to support FP&A processes.. Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing development of the OneStream platform to support FP&A processes. - Manage and optimize the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems. - Collaborate with finance, IT, and other business units to understand system requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the OneStream platform. - Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials. - Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the system. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner. - Stay current with OneStream updates and best practices to ensure the system is leveraging the latest features and capabilities.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. - Proven experience in FP&A system management with a strong focus on OneStream. - Demonstrated expertise in the implementation, configuration, and development of FP&A systems. - Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in training and supporting end-users.
Preferred Skills: - Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or related. - Experience with other financial planning and analysis tools. - Knowledge of SQL and data integration techniques.
