  • Job Type: Full-time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join a national business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an immediate start and is ideal for someone with a background in sales administration within the manufacturing sector.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process sales orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle purchasing responsibilities.
  • Manage warranty issues and returns.
  • Address customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Raise invoices and follow up on Purchase Order numbers to ensure timely payments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in a similar Sales Administrator role within the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
