Title: Part Time HR/Payroll Advisor
Salary: Up to £32,000 FTE
Location: West Sussex
Contract: Permanent

JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a HR/Payroll Advisor to its team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage ER cases, advise leaders on HR policies and employment law, and support disciplinary and grievance processes.
Oversee recruitment, prepare offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Manage payroll for 60 employees, monitor absences, and maintain accurate HR records.
Build effective relationships across the business and with external partners.

Essential:

Generalist HR Advisor experience.
Strong communication skills.
Payroll management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proactive, solution-focused attitude.
