Here at Be Supported we offer a client lead approach to care in the community across various locations in Sheffield.
We are looking for reliable committed part time at various levels to work closely with our clients supporting them to live independently in the community.
The right candidate should be willing to listen to the clients views and work with them accordingly whilst gently encouraging them to reach their goals set out in their individual care plan.

Duties include.

• Supporting individuals in the community and at home
• Cooking
• Cleaning
• Supporting clients to attend activities that will improve their mental health like taking clients shopping, leisure activities like gym cinema theatre.
• Offering financial assistance.

This role does not include personal care.
We are happy to hear from applicant who have a strong caring nature within the boundaries laid out by our company, who may not have Adult social care qualifications. This role is extremely rewarding it’s such a joy to work with our lovely clients. Every shift is fulfilling.

We are keen to hear from drivers non drivers will also be considered.

Management takes great care in matching Support workers with the right client based in experience and compatibility. We are always on hand to offer advice and we have Easy to use apps to cover training, expenses and touch of a button clocking in and out.
