Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Part Time Bookkeeper/Administrator on behalf of our client, based in Enfield.
This is a job-share role and hours / days of work are flexible.
Essential Requirements:
Must have strong general administrative skills and experience.
Bookkeeping experience.
Sage 50 accounting skills.
Proficient in MS Office, basic Excel.
Flexible team player.
The Role:
Working in a small office in a team of 4 people, duties will include all general admin tasks, processing orders, bookkeeping, dealing with telephone queries, filing, scanning of documents and all other office tasks as required.
The role will be for 20 hours per week Monday to Thursday, school hours considered, exact hours/days open for discussion.
Salary: From £26,000 pa -£32,000 pa (pro-rata) negotiable depending on experience + benefits + free parking.
