Key responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls and addressing customers' inquiries in both Dutch and English
  • Providing accurate information about products and services
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Reporting on customer feedback to improve products and services

Profile

A successful Customer Service Executive should have:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence in working independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on Saturday occasionally
