We are seeking dedicated and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools across Croydon. Our partner schools, including both mainstream and specialist settings, support children with a range of Special Educational Needs such as Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Speech and Language Difficulties, requiring extra support in the classroom.

Role Details:

• Position: Supply SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: Croydon
• Contract: Flexible, Daily Supply & Short-Term Roles
• Schedule: Term Time Only (Monday-Friday)
• Pay: £95+ per day

This is a flexible day-to-day role in local schools, with the potential for long-term or permanent positions. You’ll gain valuable experience working alongside qualified Teachers and experienced Teaching Assistants to help children who need your support.

Key Requirements:

Our ideal Supply SEN Teaching Assistant will:

• Have experience or relevant qualifications in supporting children with SEN
• Have recent experience in a school setting
• Hold a current Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
• Be adaptable, proactive, and confident in stepping into new roles
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
