Job Title: Minibus Driver

Location: Basildon

Salary: £21,200

Contract: Full-time, 30 hours per week

Shift Times:

• Morning: 7:00 am – 9:30 am (approx.)
• Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm (approx.)
• Monday to Friday

About the Role:

They are seeking a reliable and compassionate Minibus Driver to join their team. You will play a key role in transporting their members to and from their centre, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport members to and from their centre.
• Provide kind and patient support to individuals living with dementia.
• Ensure the minibus is clean, maintained, and roadworthy.
• Report on any maintenance requirements of bus.
• Build positive relationships with members and their families.

What They’re Looking For:

• A D1 Licence is essential.
• A full clean driving licence.
• Experience or understanding of working with individuals living with dementia.
• Kind, patient, and reliable, with excellent communication skills.
• Able to provide professional references.
