Finance Assistant

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Accounts Assistant based in Central Manchester for an property development firm. Offering flexible and hybrid working.

The successful candidate will be supporting with AP and AR within the business.

The Role

  • Creating and raising invoices
  • Managing the sales ledger
  • Completing credit checks on businesses
  • Including invoice processing; coding/matching invoices/purchase orders and reviewing costs back to contracts
  • Logging and allocating payments, credit card expenses and employee expenses
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Statement reconciliations to ensuring ledgers are clean and bank reconciliations to the Purchase Ledger
  • Supporting the Group Finance Manager

The Candidate

  • Previous experience with Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Good administration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Personable and collaborative
  • Strong communication skill

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to £29,000
  • Part time hours
  • Hybrid working - 50% in office
  • Study support
