We are looking for an experienced Audio Typist who really enjoys a traditional role.

Supporting the extremely busy Partner, your role will see you supporting him with both business and personal work. A fast paced and dynamic role, you'll find that this role will provide a high level of involvement and responsibility.

As an Audio Typist / Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Audio typing
• Organisation and administration of diary and other related matters
• Maintenance of the firm’s partners minutes and other sensitive documents
• Organisation of a number of personal matters to include work on various investment properties and other business interests
• Liaising with managers and other members of staff regarding meetings and related matters

Key requirements:

· Previous senior PA / EA experience

· Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm

· Strong attention to detail

· Confident and articulate manner

· Ability to work with senior staff with the ability to always show tact and diplomacy.

The salary for this role is £30-32,000 pro rata

This is a part-time role working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only.
