Our client is a luxury health club & spa based in Weybridge. They are currently seeking Payroll Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the payroll operations of the club.

Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Schedule: Part-time (3 days a week - office based)
Salary: £30k per annum + attractive benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll for all permanent and contract employees with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
• Address payroll-related inquiries, providing expert support to employees
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
• Oversee the calculation, deduction, and payment of payroll taxes and contribution.
• Ensure payroll processes aligns with company policies and collective agreements.
• Oversee payroll systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
• Provide guidance and resolve payroll-related issues for team members.
• Handle sensitive payroll data confidentially and professionally.
