The agency is a small highly creative agency Undertaking Online Productions and Events - working with Great Sports and fashion brands. They are looking to bring in a new employee to take the finances off the owners. The role will be a top to bottom role and will grow over time initially starting with ensuring AP side of things are accurately being done on Xero including liaison with suppliers and production teams then moving into the project side of things billings, project /WIP management, implementing good financial disciplines and reporting of KPIs. Looking initially at 2 days a week but on occasions this could be a little more and as the agency grows this role could also grow.

The company is based Central London and work in the office on Monday - The rest of the time could be at home - The Current Revenue is £1.6M. Experience of working in a creative agency is a must.

• Overseeing the whole of the finances on a day to day basis
• Producing Management Accounts
• Supporting on Budgets
• Cash flow forecasting
• Vat Returns
• Billing and WIP Management
• Accounts Receivable
• Revenue Recognition
• Accounts payable
• Posting Bank and Reconciliation
• Balance sheet management
• PAYE / payroll management
• Implementing new processes and systems
• KPI reporting
• Supporting Owners on decision Making and Scenario planning

• Will have creative agency experience
• Xero User
