What You'll Do:
Reach out to communities: Connect with individuals in your local area, raising awareness of the harms associated with gambling and providing vital support services.
Offer tailored interventions: Provide personalised guidance and support to individuals experiencing gambling-related issues.
Empower individuals: Help people understand the nature of gambling harms, build resilience, and create positive change in their lives.
Collaborate with a team: Work alongside a dedicated team of professionals to share expertise and ensure a seamless and supportive approach.
What You'll Need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to build trust and rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organisational and time management skills: The ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines effectively.
Commitment to ethical and professional practices: Adherence to relevant policies and procedures, including safeguarding and confidentiality.
Equivalent Level 4 Diploma in a relevant subject: Such as Health & Social Care, Counselling, or Psychology.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: £27,864 per annum.
Generous benefits: 24 days plus bank holidays annual leave (increasing to 30 days plus bank holidays after one year), mileage allowance, and opportunities for professional development.

Flexible working: Full-time (35 hours) Monday - Friday with flexibility for some evening / weekend working.
