• Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily activities that support individual learning plans tailored to students with SEN.
• Work closely with teachers to implement effective teaching strategies that foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Engage with students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers.
• Monitor and support the social and emotional well-being of students, encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.
• Assist in the organisation and management of classroom resources and records.

• Experience as a Teacher Assistant or in a similar role involving work with SEN students.
• A proactive approach and a strong desire to assist children with special educational needs in exceeding their potential.
• Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively within a dynamic team.
• Confidence and enthusiasm to go above and beyond in supporting the educational journey of students with special needs.
