• Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the specific needs of students with SEN, ensuring all learning activities are inclusive and accessible.
• Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and monitor the progress of each student, adapting teaching methods to suit their needs.
• Collaborate with other SEN Teachers and support staff to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote mental health and well-being among students.

• Proven experience as an SEN Teacher or in a similar role with transferable skills.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.
• Must possess a current DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Confidence and dedication to go above and beyond in supporting students with special needs.
