Are you an experienced Valuer wanting to work on a Part-Time basis? 

We are currently looking for such an individual to join our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency, in the Hornchurch area. Our clients are extremely well-established within the local area and are currently looking to bring on an individual who has experience and is capable of winning instructions as a Sales Valuer. 

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

• Up to £25,000 pro rata 
• 30% commission on instructions that exchange and complete
• On Target Earnings of £40,000 - £60,000
• All Leads provided
• Fantastic Commission Package

Working Hours:

• Up to 24 hours a week (to be discussed) 
• 2/3 days per week 

Sales Valuer requirements:

• Over 5 years’ experience valuing and winning instructions
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• Full UK driving license and access to own car
• Local area knowledge would be an advantage but not essential 
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal 
• Confident and personable 

As a Sales Valuer, your role will include but not be limited to:

• Attending Market Appraisals
• Prospecting Valuations
• Winning Instructions
