Joining a friendly team working part-time in a company specialising in providing accountancy services. You will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
Providing general administrative support to the rest of the team
Managing email inboxes, answering queries
Inputting bank statements on to accountancy software
General document management, filing, post etc
Some basic bookkeeping including adding supplier invoices onto Xero
The company are flexible regarding hours and how they are spread, but they're ideally looking for someone to work between 20-30 hours per week. Any previous experience using Xero would be beneficial but not essential as training can be given.
