Part-Time Administrator

She is now looking for an experienced Administrator, who has worked within a small to medium sized company and so is used to variety in their work and being a self-starter with initiative. You will be working 24 hours but it is still worth applying if you need a little more than that. Specific areas that need focussing on are:

• Developing systems and processes to align them with the current stage of company growth
• Ensuring processes are slick and efficient
• Having an ability to think things through. The example they gave me was regarding insurances, which are complex for this business. They want the person to have the ability to collect three quotes, present those to the management in a formatted table and make a recommendation as to which should be chosen and why
• Supporting other members of staff in their work. The team is international and mainly remote.
• Being someone who enjoys catching and running with whatever work is thrown at you

My client will be interested in you if you have the following:

• Lots of common sense
• Initiative
• Excellent people skills including being very persuasive
• The ability to think things through
• Previous experience of updating systems and processes
• The desire to learn
• Attention to detail and well organised
• The ability to communicate well in both written and spoken English
