Creative Support is a national, fast growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are currently looking to add a Female Waking Night Support Worker to our team in Birmingham, West Midlands.

We are looking for a flexible, compassionate and motivated Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Birmingham, near Harborne. This service is a three bedroom bungalow supporting 2 individuals with a range of support needs including learning disabilities, in the future this will be up to 3 individuals. They all have their own bedroom with shared communal areas. Our service users enjoy completing jigsaws, baking cake, arts and crafts and going on day trips.

Support Worker Duties:

• Provide personal care and support with domestic tasks e.g. cooking, cleaning etc.
• Enable them to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life, to participate in the community and to develop their abilities as fully as possible.
• Enable service users to gain independence, confidence and competence in areas such as: daily living, managing money, social skills/relationships and many more!
• Collaborate with families of service users and involved professionals to provide a consistent service to meet individual needs.
• Be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the service.

Experience is desirable but not essential for this role, as full ongoing training will be provided.
