Here at Team Educate, we're currently seeking exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) for schools in the BS3 area. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about nurturing the potential of learners and dedicated to supporting educational growth. HLTA roles offer flexibility and versatility, with opportunities to work in a range of Primary, Secondary, and SEND schools.

Our in-house team of experienced teachers is on hand to offer support and guidance, especially if this is your first role in education.

The role of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA):
As an HLTA, you will play a key role in providing tailored support to pupils, ensuring they have the tools they need for personal growth and success. Working closely with class teachers, you’ll help create a positive and supportive learning environment, enabling pupils to thrive in their lessons.

• An enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or willingness to apply for one
