Maths Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive secondary school in the Redditch area. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real impact, helping students develop their mathematical understanding and skills.

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
• Assess, track, and monitor student progress, ensuring all learners achieve their potential.
• Inspire and motivate students to develop confidence and enthusiasm for mathematics.
• Provide support to individual students and groups as required.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the success of the Maths department.
• Maintain strong classroom management and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 levels.
• Demonstrate a passion for mathematics and the ability to inspire students.
• Have strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate learning.
• Be committed to fostering a positive learning experience for all pupils.
