Here at settle we are looking for an Estates Cleaner to join our team on a part time basis, consisitng of 20 hours per week.

Requirements

Outline of Key Responsibilities...

  • Take responsibility for the cleaning of our communal areas on settle properties or working in the schemes.
  • Advise on the need for additional, deep or specialist cleans on the areas you work 
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained in the building
  • Report any issues or breaches of tenancy conditions identified
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times whilst providing great customer service to resident
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure a great service is delivered to customers and colleagues
  • Keep up to date records of work activities using technologies required

You will also:

  • Be responsible for ordering and storing of all cleaning products and equipment
  • Be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of bin stores including reporting any issues with collection
  • Respond to emergencies within the service when required

We are looking for someone who has...

  • Good understanding of best practice in cleaning techniques
  • Have a good knowledge of Health & Safety issues, relating to the use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment
  • Ability to deal with members of the public in a tactful and friendly fashion
  • Ability to deal with clients confidentially
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
