Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for a flexible working opportunity? Our client, an independent firm of accountants, is offering a rare opening for a Full-time or Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team in Weybridge. This position offers flexibility with working hours - equivalent to 3 days a week.

Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will manage a small portfolio of clients, ensuring their bookkeeping needs are met. This Bookkeeper role is diverse and will involve a variety of tasks, including:

• Preparing accounts up to Trial Balance
• General bookkeeping and ledger maintenance
• Bank reconciliations
• Calculating and submitting quarterly VAT returns
• Payroll duties
• Addressing ad-hoc client queries

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous bookkeeping experience is essential, particularly with Sage 50 and/or QuickBooks.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Background: Experience working in a firm of accountants is essential.
