Are you an enthusiastic and experienced HLTA looking to inspire and make a difference across Early Years to Key Stage 2? I have an exciting opportunity for you to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school team!

Location: Camden
Contract Type: Long Term, 8:30am-4:30pm Term time only
Salary: £100 per day plus depending on experience

About the Role:

As a HLTA, you will:
Work across Early Years, KS1, and KS2, supporting teaching and learning.
Deliver lessons and interventions in the absence of the class teacher.
Assist with curriculum planning and resource preparation.
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including clubs and events.

What I am Looking For:

Qualified HLTA status (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience working across Early Years to KS2.
A passion for education and a commitment to supporting children's progress and well-being.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to adapt to the varied needs of children and staff.
