Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate experienced beauty therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while demonstrating expertise in various beauty treatments. As a beauty therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients through your skills in makeup application and other beauty services.

Duties

• Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, electrical facials, waxing (hot and strip), tinting, nail (gel and normal polish), massage.
• Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
• Handle client inquiries and provide recommendations for beauty products or services tailored to individual needs.
• Assist in promoting salon services and special offers to attract new clientele.
• Computer literate

Requirements

• Proven experience as a beauty therapist within the beauty industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A relevant qualification or certification in beauty therapy minimum NVQ level 3.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
