Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchase ledger and reconcile statements
Oversee weekly supplier and subcontractor payments
Allocate cash and perform bank reconciliations
Handle credit control and ensure timely payments
Process and input weekly timesheets
Generate and submit HMRC reports
Provide exceptional customer care, including managing customer inquiries and booking jobs for new builds
Assist with general administration tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in accounts or finance roles
Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting software
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to support the team
