We're an established women's eCommerce fashion brand based in Birstall, West Yorkshire.

We have an exciting new vacancy for a part-time/full-time seamstress/sewing machinist. We would prefer the succesfull candidate to work a minimum of 16 hours per week (2 days), but hours will be available up to 35 per week (4 - 5 days).

We're an established eCommerce fashion brand with over 11 years experience designing and manufacturing handmade women's garments which are sold internationally.

We have a strong social media presence with 45k+ on instagram.

You must have experience using industrial sewing machines (flatbed, overlocker) to apply for this role.

The succesful candidate will have.

• Minimum 1 years experience in using a flatbed sewing machine and overlocker machine
• Reliable and punctual
• The ability to travel to Birstall
• Preferably worked with stretch fabrics
• Can work according to deadlines, ensuring garments are produced on time
• Pro active and show initiative to help grow the business
• The ability to demonstrate high standards of sewing and finishing (e.g neat, straight lines for seams and hems)
• Good standard of spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently where required
• Basic admin skills
• Happy to work in a small team

The role will pay £12 per hour with regular pay reviews and will offer you the opportunity to have creative input and develop your skills and knowledge of the fashion industry.
