We are initially looking for a van driver for 2 days a week, with potential to grow into a full time role as the company grows.

We can be flexible on which days you would like to work but this will need to remain the same 2 days every week.

Potential for extra work to cover holidays and sick leave and potential over time on weekends when we are busy.

£12.50-£14/hour

Start date: Flexible (immediate start available)

Main Duties:

• Erecting, servicing and retrieving Estate Agent 'For Sale’ / 'To Let’ boards for a variety of clients across the region.

• Average daily work load of between 40-60 property visits per day (numbers will vary throughout the year).

Key Skills required:

• Candidates must be highly motivated, practical and well organised

• Candidates must be comfortable working on their own and able to use own initiative when required

• Personable, presentable and able to deal with Owners/Residents/Estate Agents in a professional manner during property visits

• Good general DIY skills. Comfortable using hand tools, drills, use of ladder etc.

• Comfortable working at heights

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Possess good communication skills

• Clean driving licence with at least 5 years van driving experience essential

• Full training will be provided
