Sales and Marketing Administrator

This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales or customer service who thrives on building and nurturing customer relationships rather than hard selling. You'll be pivotal in supporting our business growth through customer outreach, event follow-up, marketing efforts, and developing new opportunities.

16 hours - 28 hours per week

Key Responsibilities of this Part-Time Sales and Marketing Administrator role include:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of industry events.
  • Reach out to customers post-event to follow-up leads generated during industry events and conferences.
  • Assist in promoting the UK Academy and its programs, ensuring the brand reaches the appropriate professional audience.
  • Manage post-webinar communications with participants, ensuring follow-ups are timely and effective.
  • Proofread and review marketing materials, collaborating with the Marketing Team in Germany to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure effective communication of new product launches, achievements, and company updates.
  • Create and support the UK Team with high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regularly update and maintain the CAS (Customer Acquisition System) database with relevant leads and customer data.
  • Research and conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, track competitor activities, and explore new industry opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • While this is not an essential responsibility, there may be opportunities to assist with social media if you're interested, which is currently managed by the Marketing Team.
