Part time reception

A top wealth management firm is looking for a polished and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join their team in central London. This is a confidential search for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and can offer exceptional service in a corporate environment. This role offers flexibility, with 18-24 hours per week, but they will need someone in the office Monday to Wednesday.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Welcome and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a first-class experience
  • Directing calls and taking detailed messages
  • Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up with all necessary amenities
  • Assist with the coordination of onsite meetings, including catering and refreshments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Keep the reception area and common spaces tidy and presentable
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed


WHO YOU ARE
You’re a well-presented and personable Receptionist with a passion for delivering excellent service. You enjoy working in a corporate environment and are looking for a part-time role!

Requirements:

  • Experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
  • Polished, professional, and approachable with a warm and welcoming demeanour
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and a team player mentality


Additional Information:

  • Hours: 18-24 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday
  • Salary: £34,000 per annum pro rata
