A top wealth management firm is looking for a polished and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join their team in central London. This is a confidential search for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and can offer exceptional service in a corporate environment. This role offers flexibility, with 18-24 hours per week, but they will need someone in the office Monday to Wednesday.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Welcome and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a first-class experience
Directing calls and taking detailed messages
Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up with all necessary amenities
Assist with the coordination of onsite meetings, including catering and refreshments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Keep the reception area and common spaces tidy and presentable
Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed
WHO YOU ARE You’re a well-presented and personable Receptionist with a passion for delivering excellent service. You enjoy working in a corporate environment and are looking for a part-time role!
Requirements:
Experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
Polished, professional, and approachable with a warm and welcoming demeanour
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
A flexible, can-do attitude and a team player mentality
Additional Information:
Hours: 18-24 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday
Salary: £34,000 per annum pro rata
