Part Time Sales Negotiator Job Description The Part Time Sales Negotiator is responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales of real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone looking to work around School hours. Responsibilities:

  • Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and financial qualifications
  • Present properties to prospects and negotiate sales contracts

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with clients
  • Valid driver's license
