Part Time Receptionist

This Part Time Receptionist role will provide an efficient and proffesional sercie on a busy reception desk. Key Responsibilities inclde meeting and greeting visitors, accepting deliveries and supporting office staff, working 3 days per weel (Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays).

Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm smile and assist them with their inquiries
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer and screen incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Accept Deliveries
  • Support employees in obtaining international travel Visas

Profile

* Prior experience in a similar Part Time Receptionist role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Friendly and approachable attitude
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficient in using office equipment and computer software
* Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and visitors
