Administration and Customer Service Support Executive

Part-time: 10am - 2pm Monday - Friday (20 hours per week)

£35,000 - £40,000 pro rata

Hendon, North London - fully office based

The role of Customer Services and Admin Support Officer will be a new hire for this tech company to become part of a growing company. This role will involve talking to with clients, suppliers and the public and providing a first class customer service approach, along with general office administration support.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for customer service calls
  • Support department to categorise service calls on first contact and allocate to the relevant departments
  • Managing queries from clients and resolving where possible
  • Support the Installations Manager to book Installations and Service Visits with clients
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with both internal colleagues and
  • external customers.
  • Assist with measuring and improving the processes and procedures, including supporting the development of highly visible KPIs
  • Support on general admin duties

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous Customer Service / Office management experience, ideally within a supervisory capacity
  • Solid administrative skills
  • Information collating and reporting
  • Computer literate
  • Highly organised and able to juggle different tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Can do attitude and able to work on your own or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Have a friendly, outgoing and positive attitude
  • Customer centric approach to all stakeholder both internal and external
  • Take initiative and be a problem solver
  • Be ambitious to grow with a growing company
