Experienced Finance Assistant to join a prestigious and historically significant company with deep roots in Sheffield, proudly serving the community for hundreds of years!
This is a part-time position, 3 days per week (24 hours) and flexible with the hours and days to be worked.
The purpose of the Finance Assistant is to provide support to the Company Accountant and the wider team:
Maintaining the purchase ledger including reconciling supplier statements, and processing payment runs etc.
Maintaining the sales ledger including raising sales invoices and credit notes etc.
Bank reconciliations.
Reconciling credit card statements, expenditure etc.
Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
Previous experience is essential.
Working knowledge of Sage Line 50 is desirable.
The ability to work in a small close-knit team is essential.
