The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records
Process invoices, payments, and receipts
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts
Prepare monthly financial reports
Assist with payroll processing
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
